1. Provided innovative solution on XCOM handling in Empire application and guided the team to complete FTP to XCOM migration at 143 core file transfer locations involving 18 Third party Interfaces. As the only onsite HCL resource, initiated involvement of business users in assessing and confirming the existing business processes at the requirement stage for 18 third party external interfaces.
2. Break the hidden logics/functionalities and single headedly built 3 ConnectOne and 3 Dialogue servers and migrated below activities successfully in these servers:a. Application migration from Windows Server 2000 to Windows Server 2008.b. Database migration from SQL Server 2000 to 2005 includes, 264 Stored procedures / 14 Views / 8 Functions / 54 Tables (with 83,06,098 records migrated from prod) / 7 Jobs / 4 Operators / 18 Alerts / 1 DTS packages and 74 Dialogue PUB files.c. Created an innovative model for Production ConnectOne machine,interacting with multiple HSM cards located in Burwood and Norwest. Similarly, multiple test servers will interact with single test HSM in Burwood. It provides a cost effective model for the CBA customer.3. Created innovative core logic to automate System Parameters table (2925 records) and XCOM Locations table (132 records), – Core tables which will determine the success of the project.4. Streamlined the process of Server migrations checks / Final reviewer on the project releases (13 Successful project releases in 3 months of time) / Code control management / Change process management.5. Created more than 400 Empire application related Knowledge documents and shared the same to the entire Empire team.6. EXA Nikon Visio XML Conversion is a complete technology incorporating Visio Add-on Menu, Stencil and Template Creation.In this Project, we have created MFC Dialogs to enable the user to give inputs for the Visio diagrams. Theultimate aim of this system is to extract MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Material) information from the assembly tree diagrams. Since assembly tree diagrams are not drawn with any defined rules and some of the existing elements in diagrams are too complex to extract, the following approach were adopted.
i.Provide new rules and elements
ii.Needs Admin to redraw the existing diagrams using new rules and elements
iii.System extract MBOM data from the new diagrams using rulesTo conceptualize the above approach, new stencil and template are developed which helped the needs of an admin to redraw the diagrams easily and Tree Diagram Add-On are developed to extract the MBOM data from newly drawn assembly tree diagrams.
